Nigeria’s Minister of State for Petroluem, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu did not utter a word to journalists after meeting President Muhammadu Buhari over leaked memo. The meeting between the President and the Minister of State for Petroleum, according to Channels Television, lasted for about 1hr and 20mins.
