The lawmakers mandated the Committee on Sports to carry out forensic audit on the alleged looting of the excess grant payment and the Ministry of Youth and Sports, AFN, CBN and any other concerned parties to explain their roles in the missing excess grant.
The legislators noted that if the money is not refunded, Nigeria risks being banned by the IAAF.
